We’re excited to welcome Kasia Lindeberg, a passionate tea enthusiast with deep knowledge of tea, its origins, and its health benefits. Through her travels abroad, Kasia has learned how tea is enjoyed in cultures around the world and loves sharing that wisdom in a practical way. She’ll guide us through the different types of tea and how taking time to enjoy tea can be a simple and meaningful form of self‑care.

The Benefits of Starting a Christ‑Centered Wellness Journey
Clarity: Begin seeing your habits through the lens of faith, not guilt or comparison.
Peace: Invite Christ into your stress, your decisions, and the pace of your life.
Discernment: Understand what God may be asking you to strengthen, release, or reorder.
Freedom: Let go of perfectionism and adopt small, sustainable practices.
