Lord, Come to Our A.I.D.

(Anti-Inflammatory Diet and Lifestyle)

Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.

~ John 6:68

Chronic inflammation, often fueled by poor diet and unmanaged stress, can quietly impact our health in powerful ways. Whether we're navigating digestive issues, heart health, or autoimmune challenges, lowering inflammation is a wise and faithful step toward healing.

This month-long experience, presented as a 4-week, interactive meal planning workshop, is a space for women to gather in prayer, encouragement, and practical support as we explore low-inflammatory foods and stress-reducing habits. It’s not about perfection—it’s about honoring God with our bodies and setting a life-giving example for those we care for.

This program can be done by individuals or in a group setting, making it a flexible and supportive experience. It’s not about getting everything right—it’s about asking the Lord to aid us in making faithful, nourishing choices that reflect gratitude for the gift of our bodies.

We’re not nutrition experts, but we’ll walk alongside you with meal plans, resources, and encouragement. You’re invited to seek wisdom—from your doctor, your research, and most importantly, from God.

Your body is a gift. Honor it by reducing what inflames it.
