Faith is on the Move
The story behind the shop…
My online shop was born from two personal motivations and one deeper, more profound inspiration—the women in my community. Their journeys, reflections, and struggles have become the heartbeat of this endeavor.
I have often brought my creative mind to prayer, seeking guidance as words and images surfaced after conversations with women in my programs: Be Well in Christ, Just Keep Growing, and Lord, Come to Our A.I.D. Their insights sparked ideas—phrases and designs that I could see myself putting on coffee mugs, journals, and canvas prints. But beyond that creativity, the most moving inspiration has come from the women who longed to participate in these programs yet couldn't find the time. They wanted to gather for a potluck breakfast, to be part of a faith-filled community, but life pulled them in different directions—family obligations, work demands, and countless responsibilities. I understand completely. I’m in the same boat.
I have been blessed to learn these beautiful principles from my spiritual director, whose formation is deeply rooted in Jesuit spirituality:
Encounter God through praying with Scripture

Integrate contemplation into daily life—or as she told me, "Bring your life to prayer, and prayer to your life."
As I’ve reflected on my calling to minister to women, I’ve also sought to discern God's dream for them. When asked what I believed that might be, the answer came to me clearly—God, who is always close to these women, desires for them to be close to Him. The rays of His mercy and love are always pouring over us. Are we noticing them? Are we receiving them? Marketing professionals often ask clients, Who are you trying to reach? For me, the answer is simple—women like me. Women who are constantly on the move, often stretched thin, and sometimes, unreachable. Women seeking well-being, inner peace, and a strong sense of purpose in their lives. I’m okay if women aren’t able to attend my programs, but my heart truly aches at the thought of God, who does not force us into a relationship with Him, but invites us, not being able to reach women because they are always on the move. Note to self.
Each one-of-a-kind product in my shop is a labor of love, designed by me (not AI), infused with prayer and intention for women who, in the midst of their busy lives, long for those sacred moments of quiet and stillness—moments where they can truly hear God’s voice speaking to their hearts. As women, we understand the challenges and victories of walking in faith, striving for virtue, and drawing closer to Christ. Every design carries a piece of inspiration—from Scripture or from the heartfelt reflections of the incredible women I’ve had the privilege to serve. They are tangible reminders of God’s steadfast love and the abundant life that unfolds when we embrace faith and integrate our wellness journey with our walk in Christ.
My prayer is that the products in my shop will inspire you to prioritize your well-being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I hope you find something that resonates with you, uplifts you, and reminds you that true wellness is wellness in Christ, which leads to the deepest healing and most life-giving joy.
