While many of the foods recommended as part of a low-inflammation diet are plant-based, this program may include animal products, depending on each participant’s discretion and discernment.

No. This program is designed so that participants receive a basic understanding of foods that are anti-inflammatory, neutral, or cause inflammation. They then create their own plan based on the meals and snacks that they discern are best for their individual needs.

While recipes are not provided as part of our workbook, in group sessions it is common for participants to share and receive recipes from one another. All are encouraged to discern which recipes are beneficial for them.

Since our team is not comprised of nutritional experts, we do not offer nutritional advice. Participants are encouraged to consult their own doctors and other wellness professionals for advice based on the nutrition facts shared in our program.
